Setting Up a Plan

Why do I need Disk Space?

Disk space is used to store uploaded files on the Influxis Mobile server. Disk space can be exceeded; however this may result in disk space overages. Overage charges are $2.50 per GB. As long as you upgrade before the next month to cover your disk space overages or delete files to reduce your disk space, you will not be billed overage charges.

What is Bandwidth Transfer?

Bandwidth transfer is the amount of data passed through the server when a user watches a video through the Influxis Mobile Delivery System. Bandwidth transfer can be exceeded; however this may result in bandwidth transfer space overages. Overage charges are $0.55 per GB. As long as you upgrade before the next month to cover your bandwidth overages, you will not be billed overage charges. Bandwidth transfer resets on the 1st of each month

How do I calculate bandwidth transfer?

1 minute of video will use approximately 4 MB of bandwidth transfer.

Example: 4 hours of video viewed = approximately 1 GB bandwidth transfer.
